We currently have an exciting role for you to join our Strategy and Insights Team.

**Key responsibilities of the position include**:

- Project manage and contribute expertise to the development of Council’s Strategic Management Framework including strategic management planning and prioritisation approaches
- Project manage the development of the Organisational Strategy (City Plan), organisational outcomes and measures to enable Council to monitor achievement of strategic goals
- Develop the supporting tools and processes to embed the Strategic Management Framework into operations
- Lead and contribute to the development and review of Council's strategic management plans

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Tertiary studies in public policy, business management and/or related fields (or equivalent experience) are essential.
- High level knowledge of project management, and business planning including budget management
- High level knowledge of portfolio management, including triple bottom line

This is a Level 6 position that has a current salary range of $105,942 - $113,300 (plus Super).
