**Your New Role**:
Forming an integral link between the Property Management, Sales and Leadership teams across 2 offices and working hand in hand with the Director, this role will see you:

- Provide on-the-ground leadership, direction, and guidance to the Property Management team in collaboration with the Team Leader
- Act as an escalation point to resolve any conflicts that may arise (internal or external)
- Prepare Sales Settlement figures and prepare settlement transactions
- Coordinate marketing collateral for agents and properties
- Assess and suggest / implement improved systems for better efficiencies
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process when needed

**Specific Requirements**:

- Hold a current NSW Real Estate Licence
- Recent property management experience in a senior capacity
- Extensive legislative knowledge
- Proven experience with implementing new systems and processes
- Experience leading and developing a team
