Administration Officer

rchitectural Roofing & Wall Cladding has been operating for the past 30 years. A specialist in high-end design, manufacture and installation of copper, zinc and aluminium products, and offices in NSW& VIC, we are now in the market for an Administration Officer to join our team.
**The Role**
As the Administration Officer, the key responsibilities would be all facets of administration for our rainwater goods and materials department.
- Below is a list of accountabilities and duties but not limited to:_
- Stock and inventory administration
- Management of sales orders
- Reservation & transfer of materials for the use of fabrication
- Quoting, order entry and invoicing with the use of MYOB Advance
- Raising purchase orders for local & overseas suppliers
- Assist with walk-in orders
- Maintenance of website
- Monthly statements and reports
- ADHOC Administration duties
**To be considered**
- 3+ years of Administration experience ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Proven record of excellent organisational skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Proficient in Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel) and have experience in MYOB Advance or similar packages
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
