**Hornsby RSL Gymnastics - Office Manager**

Hornsby RSL Gymnastics is looking for an Office Manager to manage the daily administrative tasks of the club, ensuring efficient and effective business management to support the club’s programs, staff and members.

Hornsby RSL Gymnastics has been operating for 60 years (formerly Hornsby RSL Youth Club Gymnastics), providing the local community with high quality and affordable gymnastics programs. Hornsby RSL Gymnastics is and always has been a non-profit organisation. We pride ourselves on our high quality teaching and small class ratios so each child can gain the most out of their gymnastics experience.

The Office Manager plays an important role in our Gymnastics Club, carrying out the daily administrative tasks of the club as well as having a strong customer service presence.

**REQUIRED**:

- High level of organisational skills, time management and the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude and friendly nature
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as a team
- Working with Children Check
- Gymnastics experience preferred but not essential

**DESIRABLE**:

- Accreditation with Gymnastics Australia
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Demonstrated experience with iClass Pro Management Software
- Prior experience in a similar role

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee the day to day operations of the club
- Return phone enquiries as required
- Build positive relationships with members
- Assist with memberships enquires and bookings
- Type up club notices as required
- Ensure payments have been made in a timely manner and manage debtors
- Ensure streamlined, timely and effective administrative support to Club programs and events
- Ensure hard-copy filing systems and records management systems are up-to-date and securely stored
- Ensure IT platform, systems and equipment meets organisational needs
- Management the clubs Software System (iClass Pro)
- Process all active kids vouchers
- Manage transfers, refunds, purchase orders
- Banking as required
- Keep track of inventory, including office equipment, first aid supplies, program supplies, and uniform sales
- Manage mailchimp mailing list and update as required
- Develop a supportive and strong working relationship with the Club Manager, Bookkeeper, Management Committee and Staff.
- Be the point of contact for members as required
- Keep members informed of club events and relevant information as required
- Liase with the Club Management Committee as required
- Attend Club Management Committee meetings, staff and club events as required

Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
