**The Company**

Located in Adelaide’s CBD, we are working with a well-established national organisation. With offices based in all states and the territories capital cities. They work closely with many organisations, providing high level security service to industries such as Energy & Resources, Aviation, Financial Services and Government.

**The role**

This position is an 18-month maternity leave cover full-time position based in the city. As the People & Culture Manager you will be required to work closely with the business in SA & NT to provide advice, assistance and coaching for key stakeholders. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure service delivery is being met. The role is full-time with the ability to work from home 2 days per week, some travel will be required interstate.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Partner with the business key stakeholders to support day to day operations on all employment and industrial relations matters.
- Identify and develop people solutions and processes to support the business in meeting objectives.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, working closely with the team to ensure service delivery is being met.
- Lead a team of two in the people and culture team based in Adelaide.
- Manage complex investigations to ensure the process is fair and consistent in a timely manner.
- Identify training needs across the team and develop a training plan for employees across the business.

**Who are you?**
- Previous experience in a people and culture leadership position
- Demonstrated leadership ability and managing key internal stakeholders.
- Ability to lead a small team of people providing direction and coaching.
- Previous experience managing complex industrial relations cases would be beneficial.
- Be able to adapt quickly to the environment and situations and provide support to internal stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, or similar discipline
