**The Role**
As Human Resources Manager you will lead and deliver the people strategy as well as assist in guiding the organisation through a period of change. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be a trusted advisor to the COO and the Management team.
You will be responsible for the provision of health and safety advice, return to work programs, key Human Resource activities, and projects across the organisation. Providing direction in the end-to-end management of the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, you will also direct, enhance and participate in projects, initiatives and improvement activities to deliver, support and achieve strategic outcomes. Further, this role will see you providing advice and guidance and implementing human resource and employee relations policies and practices to shape and reinforce a workplace performance culture while overseeing the update of HR policies, procedures and programs in compliance with Federal and State regulatory requirements.
The position also has a key role as ambassador for organisational culture and values ensuring they are visible, embedded and upheld. This is a generalist role and strong communications skills will be paramount as you will have a close working relationship across all facets of the business.
