**Your Role**:
This position, located in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne, involves managing a variety of activities geared towards the sustained growth and success of our clients.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Orchestrating and implementing commercial strategy, ensuring seamless execution of projects and tenders.
Performing thorough reviews of contracts, pricing, and tenders, while offering expert advice to top-tier management on commercial opportunities and risks.
Effectively negotiating contract terms, and securing favorable risk allocation with clients and subcontractors.
Assisting project teams in the management and negotiation of significant claims and disputes.
Guiding project teams to enhance project performance, detect key risks and opportunities, and devise strategic solutions.
Administering the financial and commercial management of projects, contract reviews, and formation.
Overseeing the financial control across projects, including cost control, forecasting, project reporting, and claims management.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, Commerce, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial, financial, and contract administration.
Proven ability to interpret intricate financial and contractual data, presenting it in an understandable manner to senior management.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
High level of commercial acumen and a proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
