An exciting opportunity exists to join our high performing team as a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator.

Developing our people to maximise their potential is fundamental to the success of our firm. Working as part of the Learning Helpdesk, you will work closely with the L&D team to support the delivery of L&D initiatives and activities nationally.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Undertaking Learning Helpdesk administrative tasks, including**:
Creating, administering and managing learning items in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Supporting the delivery of various learning programs by enrolling partners and staff, booking rooms, catering, and equipment, coordinating learning materials, managing attendance, creating evaluations, uploading recordings of learning sessions in the LMS
Supporting the maintenance of L&D intranet pages, team resources, and materials
Managing and supporting L&D reporting requirements eg professional development reports, compliance reports and monthly KPI reports
Act as the first point of contact for learning queries from the business
Administering and coordinating learning programs and initiatives, including high-volume training for graduates, new employee orientation and annual professional development programs.
Providing broad general administrative support to the L&D team, including drafting monthly learning communications, assisting with the resolution of internal learning queries, event management and general administrative tasks.

Experience in a similar role (preferably in a professional services environment)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and project management skills
