We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Citi Consumer team. This role will be accountable for developing Marketing Plans and tactics with white label partners to drive both BAU and incremental instalment volume across various marketing channels. The Marketing Manager Instalments will own the Marketing Plan targets and deliverables, from conception through to post-campaign reporting. The Marketing Manager Instalments will primarily brief the Campaign Execution team to implement campaigns.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap of campaigns with Partners to drive Instalment growth, leveraging existing and new channels and incorporating A/B testing.
- Develop a cohesive, multi-channel (where relevant) customer centric communication approach targeting customer segments.
- Collaborate with Product and Partners on offer design, contact strategy & communications to ensure we put the best offer to market in the most effective way.
- Be accountable for the digital user experience through the optimisation of Citi or Partner web properties (where relevant).
- Create engaging and effective marketing communications in partnership with our agencies, always with our target audience in mind and meeting Partner brand guidelines.
- Lead the rollout of campaigns, leveraging relevant stakeholders as required and expertly brief Campaign Execution team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Proactively share forecasts and/or campaign success metrics, insights, and future enhancements on all active campaigns to gain Partner buy-in and maintain engagement.
- Monitors all relevant metrics including, but not limited to, segment conversion, instalment value, funnel-drop off, eDM & SMS metrics to develop actionable insights.
- Lead Post-campaign analysis to optimise, in collaboration with Product teams, the customer value propositions, key messages and creative concepts.

- Proficiency in excel and data insight mining.
