**About the role**:The Brand & Media Manager will lead and execute the global and local brand strategy to support Amplifon's category leadership aspirations. This role will lead the creation of effective local brand advertising and media communications campaigns that delivers on the brand vision, drives positive ROI's to increase footfall into our clinics. This is a 6-months Fixed-Term contract with opportunity to extend.As the internal 'champion' of the Amplifon brand, this role will lead the ongoing development of a brand-led culture within the organisation.
**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
**Brand Management**
- Protect the brand and ensure maintenance of consistent brand image throughout promotional materials, clinics, advertising campaigns and any other consumer facing communications produced by Amplifon
- Ensure adherence to Corporate Brand guidelines
- Working cross-functionally with the Retail Excellence team to ensure clinic design, promotional material is aligned to Amplifon's brand guidelines.

**Development of National Marketing Campaigns**
- Work cross-functionally with the CRM, Contact Centre and Digital teams to support integrated campaign development and implementation that delivers on business requirements.
- Manage key local agency partners (creative, media, research) to develop and deliver above the line and below the line clinic campaigns from brief through to testing and production.
- Ensure effective communication with clinics on current or upcoming marketing campaigns

**Development and delivery of Local Marketing Campaigns and clinic support**
- Support the Retail and Local Store Marketing Lead and Marketing Coordinator in the strategic development and execution of local marketing campaigns across:

- New clinic openings and relocations
- New lead generation
- Local community outreach programs
- Support the Retail and Local Store Marketing Lead and Marketing Coordinator to deliver on clinic support activities.

**Partnerships & Medical Marketing**
- Support the Customer Acquisition Specialist and Marketing Coordinator to deliver medical marketing campaigns, such as;
- Marketing support of GP and Pharmacy screening programs
- Medical events and education
- Support Medical Marketing on marketing initiatives and strategy with key partners as BUPA, Diabetes Australia etc.
- Referral programs
- Audit and refresh existing customer referral programs to increase efficiencies to generate improved outcomes for clients and an increased ROI.

**Insights, Analysis & Planning**
- In conjunction with the Global Brand team and Local Marketing Director, lead the development of the strategic direction for Brand to deliver on business targets.
- Drive and commission research as required to understand the customer experience, competitors and overall brand awareness
- Develop an ongoing and actionable understanding of customer behavior and attitudes towards the category & the customer journey
- Tracking and analysis of ATL performance for both media and creative
- Tracking and analysis of Amplifon and competitor brand performance (awareness, consideration, equity, etc.)
- Regularly review competitive activities via media investment analysis, product and service offering, go-to-market strategy, customer experience reviews and mystery shopping.

**Other**
- Management of the Marketing budget to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts are met
- You will be the point of contact for the Amplifon Brand team
- You will be a great leader, overseeing the Brand and Marketing team

**You will have**:

- Tertiary education in Marketing, PR, Communications, Advertising
- Extensive experience working in marketing in a similar role including advertising creation, production, media planning and buying across all media channels.
- Prior experience with brand & media within an FMCG / retail will be desirable.
- Prior experince working within a matrix / global organisation is preferable.
- Proven results working in a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Project manager capable of planning and delivering complex initiative
- Good commercial understanding with experience in P&Ls, analysis and forecasting
- Outstanding stakeholder management experience
- Experience in retail and 55+ market would be ideal
- An analytical approach to marketing
- Strong sense of judgment and decision-making ability
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Planning, scheduling, and organising skills.
- Great stakeholder management: you will be working within a global and APAC matrix environment
