An exciting opportunity to join a reputable organisation throughout Australia as their Social Media and Brand Specialist has now opened up. This is a fantastic opportunity to really develop brand awareness, engagement and brand love, with the support of the Head of Brand of course. Organic social media campaigns, influencer strategies and developing impactful brand campaigns and PR activations will be your day-to-day in this role.

For the purposes of this position, they really need someone with very strong organic social media skills, as well as influencer management. If you are keen to learn more about wider brand marketing, PR activations and brand management, you will have the opportunity to be trained/developed across these areas.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Social Media (organic social)
- Experience working with eCommerce/retailers
- Solid understanding of social media landscape (proficient across various social channels such as: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapcat)
- Proficient with influencer management
- Experience across PR, activations, brand campaigns
- Proficient with social media reporting/metrics
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Strong eye for social media content
- Proficient with social creative (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in data driven marketing and utilising analytics to drive value
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to management multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
