We're searching for a
Personal Assistant who lives and breathes social media.

We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail - from setting up the perfect lighting to selecting the best camera angles.

Join our team and closely support our CEO in all areas of business & administration.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO social media accounts and stories.
  • Prepare filming equipment.
  • Run errands for the CEO.
  • Help prepare sets with lights, props, cameras, and equipment.
  • Ensure production runs smoothly.
  • Schedule and plan CEO's day.
  • Help create documents, presentations, reports, agendas, and responses.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid driver's license and owns a car.
  • Experienced in PA work in a similar business.
  • Passionate about gaming.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledgeable in technology, productivity tools, and social media platforms.
  • Skilled in keeping track of gear, props, and sets.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills in the event of any issues.
