Westgate Health has a long proud history as a Not for Profit, Member-owned Cooperative that provides excellent, affordable health services to its members. We provide GP and Allied Health services in a caring, compassionate workplace that typically retains our high performing staff and patients for many years. We are a small organisation with around 40 staff and contractors with 2 sites in South Kingsville and Newport.

We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist on a Part Time basis, who will work closely with our GPs and Allied Health professionals to provide excellent care to our patients.
- Work flexibly from our Newport or South Kingsville office approx. 10-20 hours per week on a Part-time basis.
- Above award rates with salary packaging available.
- Previous Medical Reception experience a must.
- Pracsoft and Medical Director experience ideal.
- Wants to work in a front-line role, patient-facing role, providing much needed support and services to meet their needs.
- Is compassionate, organised, flexible, well-presented and positive.
- A fast learner and likes being part of a high-performing team.

This role requires excellent organisation, a strong work ethic, ability to work as part of a team, good administration and communication and can operate with a high degree of autonomy.

You must have up to date evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations.
