About the Opportunity
The HR Operations Advisor position provides high level technical support and complex problem solving for the day-to-day transactional operations of DTP's HCM platform VicGov People.You will play an instrumental role in ensuring data integrity within DTP's HCM platform VicGov People, managing complex investigation and resolution for system issues
Key Accountabilities
- Respond to customer enquiries accurately and in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of users.
- Ensure position information and employee records have been accurately maintained, ensuring data integrity within the HR System.
- Contribute to implementing new opportunities to improve services and resolve customer issues/concerns.
- Add value for the client or stakeholder and provide linksfor people within other areas as appropriate;

Qualifications and Experience
Desirable
- Experience with Payroll systems and HR
- Prior experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
