Job Description

In your new role as an HR Advisor, you will support the team in:

  • Providing high-quality advice to senior leaders on daily employee relations, performance management issues and related matters
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring HR polices and procedures
  • Providing advice and ensuring compliance to HR policies, company guidelines and procedures
  • Support HR initiatives such as training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance appraisal processes
  • Facilitating new employee on-boarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Performing HR generalist duties, as required
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as an HR Advisor, ideally within professional services
  • Strong knowledge surrounding HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to build effective relationships with business leaders, team members and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a HR or business-related field (ideal)
