Executive Support

This role will be a contributing member in the Business Office and will provide the highest level of organisational and executive assistance to the Director of Business. This role will play a lead role in the organisation and implementation of effective administration processes in the Business Office and the Governance processes of the School. This includes compilation of all Board and Committee papers, agendas and minutes.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with the planning, coordination and delivery of the School’s strategic projects. This will include supporting members of the SLT in the planning, monitoring and delivery phases of these projects. This role requires strong analytical, documentation, organisational and project management skills and the ability to interact effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
**The successful applicant must have**:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar dual role or Project Officer with an emphasis on project or change management.
- A demonstrated and advanced knowledge of and ability to support and manage Board and other Committee administration processes including the development of agendas, preparation and distribution of papers and reports, efficient and accurate minute taking and liaison with Board and Committee members regarding a range of issues.
- Demonstrated ability and experience to lead project activities.
- Demonstrated administrative abilities in terms of prioritising workflow and managing correspondence, records systems, etc.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution’s focused and growth mindset.
- High level of integrity, and ability to use discretion and tact particularly the handling sensitive or confidential matters.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team and gain the co-operation from a wide range of individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, to work in tight timeframes and constantly changing priorities.
- Has a strong moral and ethical compass and cultivates credibility and honesty.
- A demonstrated knowledge of school operations is well regarded.
