We are seeking to recruit an energetic credit professional to join the Client’s credit team Our client is a manufacturer of high-quality fragrant products for home and personal use.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a Credit Controller position that is to assist the finance team in providing optimal accounts receivable and credit services support to the Sapphire Group.

Key accountabilities:

- Maintain debtor’s ledger - Circa AUD 10M
- Liaise with customers regarding collection of funds and other account queries
- Receive and process payments via EFT, cheque and credit card
- Allocate payments accurately in accordance with remittance advices
- Daily processing of Prepaid orders
- Setup new customers in SAPB1
- Perform credit checks in accordance with set guidelines
- Liaise with the warehouse team to confirm receipt of product returns
- Process credit notes in relation to returns

**What you'll need to succeed**
Essential experience
- Tertiary qualified
- Role requires prompt response to customer queries
- Experience in managing multi-currency ledgers including AUD, USD and NZD
- Approximately 5-10 years’ experience in an accounts receivable role
- Exposure and user understanding of SAP B1 and other accounting software
- Excellent communications skills and telephone manner
- Intermediate to advance user of Microsoft Office and Excel:(Data entry)
- Industry/manufacturing exposure
