Our Client: 
A national not-for-profit organisation is looking for an AR Officer to start immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an appetite to learn and be a part of an amazing team. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Posting customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Calling debtors on a daily basis
  • Assisting with general ledger & bank reconciliations
  • Assisting month end reporting

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in AR role 
  • Intermediate to advanced excel - vlookups, pivot tables etc  
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience of working in aged care industry is highly desirable but not essential
