Grow your career with a global retailer as an Office Assistant within our Communications team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a full-time permanent position.

This pivotal role will see you at the centre of our story as part of the Internal Communications team, carrying the torch of the ALDI brand and translating our business priorities, initiatives, and changes into meaningful narratives for our internal audience.

**What does the role look like?**
- Assisting with the planning and execution of meaningful internal communications, creating content through written, video and podcast formats
- Composing, editing, and publishing information through the company internal app
- Internal event co-ordination
- Supporting the internal communications team with ad hoc administration tasks
- Delivering on project initiatives within agreed deadlines
- Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information

**Qualifications** What do we need from you?**
- Experience in Communications/Media/PR/Copywriting would be desirable but not essential - recent Graduates welcome
- Experience in video and audio editing would be beneficial
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Ability to adapt in a fast moving and agile environment
