This is an organisation with a strong global brand and a solid Australian footprint providing solutions to a broad range of customers from small business through to multi nationals. Based in the heart of the CBD you will form part of a collaborative and talented People and Culture team.

This is a newly created role reporting into an impressive and highly engaging General Manager of People & Culture and partnering closely with the business and broader People & Culture team. In your new role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Workplace Relations framework across the business, providing strategic direction and acting as an internal advisory service to the business and the broader People & Culture function.

A sense of commercial pragmatism, supported by a can do style and a willingness to be hands on will ensure success in this role.
