Workplace Relations Specialist

About the Role
This exciting opportunity exists within Macquarie Group's Human Resources division, where you will play a vital role in promoting and upholding our Appropriate Workplace Behaviour Policy.
As a Workplace Relations Officer, you will support the Regional Lead - EEO with case management and investigations, including conducting initial conversations with complainants or witnesses, gathering and reviewing case evidence, and assisting with the administrative management of a matter.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting EEO-related policies and processes, analysing monthly exit surveys and interviews, and developing annual training packs and education on appropriate workplace behaviour.
What You'll Need
- Degree-level education in Human Resources, with demonstrated experience as an HR generalist
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group
- Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Well-developed data analysis and numeracy skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable reports
