**About the Role**
Primary responsibilities include:
- Answering first level enquiries and ensure requests are triaged, if needed, to the correct staff member or department.
- Preparing staff and student ID card lists and coordinating the printing and distribution of ID cards.
- Preparing, printing, and posting timetabling signage as well as data entry for the College’s timetabling software.
- Preparing and issuing official correspondence to students, including letters and transcripts.
- Seasonal administrative tasks associated with the on-campus events (e.g. orientation, registration).
**Selection Criteria**
- Committed Christian involved in a local congregation.
- Experience in an administrative and/or customer service setting.
- An understanding of the principles of customer service excellence is required.
- Demonstrated ability to triage and problem solve.
- Technological literacy and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with staff and students. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines with demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
