Multiple State Government departments with excellent reputations are looking for Receptionists and Administrators to join their team during a growth period.

**What will your duties be?**

In these roles, your duties will consist of the following:

- Document control and management
- Inbound and outbound calls to answer queries and confirm information
- Scanning, filling and archiving of documents
- Updating client information
- Interpreting information to make decisions
- Handling confidential information
- Basic data entry with updating and maintaining a database
- Adhoc tasks

**What are we looking for?**

To be considered for these roles, you must have the following:

- Previous experience in the Public Sector is extremely desirable
- Experience with TRIMM or SAP is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in Reception, Administration or Call Centre roles
- Proficient using MS Office suite
- Great data entry skills
- Able to work full-time hours Monday-Friday
