An experienced Change and Configuration Project Manager is sought to join our New Generation Rollingstock (NGR) project team. Based in the Wulkuraka facility, this is an opportunity to join the team, delivering the most accessible rail fleet for QLD.

**Role Purpose**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement and drive change change and configuration management processes
- Create, align, maintain and release the Configuration Management Plan including the Change Management Setup (Change Boards, R&R, interfaces, Accelerated Processes etc.) latest until end of Launch phase together with project/ program core team and ensures that plans of other functions are harmonized with the CMP and checks and updates the CMP during whole Project Life Cycle (if necessary)
- Analyse, review and provide the compliance statement on change related requirements (customer, partner and internal)
- Identify, verifies the items to be put under configuration control (Configuration Items and/or Target Items)
- Resolve and escalate any CCM related issues in the project / program to the Chief of Development/ Chief of Operations or Project / Program Director and the respective supervisor of the CCM function for resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering or Project Management degree or equivalent is preferred
- CMII certificate is desirable

**Experience**:

- Proven experience and understanding of Configuration & Change Management
- Knowledge of the standard information systems of the digital chain (SAP, PLM, Change Tools, etc.)
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
