This role reports directly to the Sales & Operations Manager, you will be involved in all areas of managing active customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and be given exposure to international trading. You will be part of a dynamic sales team and play a key role in growing our brand and our market share nationally and internationally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering on sales volume & gross profit budgets.
- Managing an existing B2B customer base in Victoria & interstate.
- Execution of strategic sales & marketing objectives.
- Identifying and converting sustainable & profitable new business.
- Execution of strategic purchasing objectives aligned to international trading.
- Comprehensive data inputting & analysis.
- Participation in Industry related trade & promotional events.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 5 years industry experience.
- Tertiary qualified in a business - related degree/diploma.
- Preferred Q grader qualification.
- Experience & knowledge of commodity trading.
- Effective communication skills both verbal & written.
- Strong selling & negotiations skills.
- Preference in being proficient in speaking Spanish or Portuguese.

This role is Permanent Full time, working from a modern office space in an inner-eastern Melbourne suburb.

This role requires you to have Australian citizenship or to be a permanent resident of Australia.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Relationship management: 5 years (required)
- Food & beverage industry: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
