- Check for inconsistencies in invoice data against rate cards
- Lodge claims with Carriers
- Analyse major customers to check margins and validate charges
- Ensure completeness of invoices received and processed
- Assist SMB Team Leader where/if required
- Manage a portfolio of customers
- Liaise with account managers and be their 'middle man' when dealing with existing customers and claims
- Reconciliation of Accounts
- General administration on a adhoc basis.
- Self motivated and willingness to learn attitude
- Prior experience in a similar Accounts or Administration role.
- You will ideally have a confident personality that enjoys speaking to key customers.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Completion or currently studying Accounting would also be highly regarded
