**Seeking a Level 3 Training Manager to join a secure federal government department for lengthy assignment.**

**Ability to upgrade your NV1 to an NV2 clearance**

**ABOUT THE JOB**:

- Oversight and participate in development and delivery of iBMS and associated capability training programs
- Level 2 and 3 technical support for strategic support agencies
- Review and update the training packages for iBMS pre-requisite training, Introduction into Service training, and Gap training.
- Attend workshops and training reviews, and actively participate (or lead as directed) training implementation related discussion.
- Provide oversight, review and guidance to Systems Integrator training resources, as well as Vendor training resources.
- Provide training guidance, support and advice to the iBMS Project Manager to ensure Board project outcomes are achieved.

**THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Experience working within a secure environment
- Good working knowledge and understanding of the Systems Approach
- Certificate 4 in workplace and Assessment qualification or demonstrated prior experience in training development.
