**The role**
This position is a critical role within the fast-paced law firm, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Adelaide office based in the CBD. A full-time permanent position, leading a team of administration and front of house staff.
- Lead and manage the office services team.
- Support and train team members
- Monitor and manage the work loads to ensure the appropriate level of support is always provided.
- Manage leave requests and cover rosters for legal administrative team.
- Support and lead the bi-monthly legal administration meetings.

**About you**
- Diploma or certificate of legal/business administration
- it is essential you have previous experience leading a team.
- ideally you will have previous law firm experience.
- A strong understanding how a team of legal administrative assistant’s work, including the billing process.
- You will have a positive and flexible approach to your work.
- Must display a high level of attention to detail.
