**Here is the challenge**
Everybody at this company is working together as an ambitious team of entrepreneurs, project managers, operators and more, looking to grow the business throughout Australia.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be working closely together with the Group Account Director across creative sales projects, being the first point of contact for clients, identifying trends and always looking for innovative ways to improve the customer experience. You will be developing and executing strategic plans to manage and grow your accounts, and consistently identifying new opportunities in the market
**Required skills**
- Proven experience of account managing multiple projects within tight timescales
- Able to understand your client’s brands and offer them the best possible solutions
- A confident, can-do attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Personable, approachable, and able to inspire confidence
- Most importantly, you are enthusiastic about your work
It is key for this role that you have experience selling visual merchandising with a strong focus on direct client engagement. You should have experience both in assisting as well as being responsible for the success of individual accounts.
**Salary**
$80k - $90k + super + commission
