**About the role**

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to your success in this role, as well as a desire to learn and immerse yourself in the homes space. This role reports directly to the Homes General Manager and is an administrative position.

**Duties**
- Carry out all administrative and general office duties
- First point of contact for external and internal queries
- Perform administration for the Team as needed - including sending packages to client office, couriers, booking meetings
- Balance budgets and contributor payments and manage invoices
- Responsible for maintaining and recording employee expenses in line with Company policy.
- Work in collaboration with all key internal stakeholders to ensure all processes are adhered to.
- Work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

**Skills and experience**

An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to turn your hand to any task is essential. An eye for detail, strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills are also key.
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Highly organised with excellent Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills.
- Able to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Able to set challenging goals, think and plan ahead as well as juggle competing demands to achieve deadlines.
- Professional, mature, and decisive in approach
- Highly focussed with a positive attitude
