About the role


This is an integral role working across _The Australian Women's Weekly_ brand - including print, digital, events, food and more.

The job takes in a broad range of tasks including office and project management, content building as well as general administration duties.

We are looking for a mature self-starter who is confident to tackle new projects. There are great learning opportunities within this role.

Duties

  • General administration duties including monitoring and fielding reader queries, attending key meetings to take minutes and create follow up notes, reconciling expenses and magazine budgets, monitoring editorial director's diary and booking travel.
  • Create schedules for team including production workflows, call sheets and more.
  • Build and upload content for digital and social channels.
  • Serve as point person when required for branded events, TV shoots and other special projects.

Skills and experience

  • 2+ years' experience in publishing, television, marketing, events or a related industry.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office
  • WordPress experience an advantage
