About the Opportunity

This is a crucial role where you will provide exceptional administrative support to the GM of Aggregates and the GM of Concrete, as well as other management teams as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the diaries and emails of General Managers, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Process and reconcile monthly expenses for General Managers in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and systems related to P&C functions for Concrete & Aggregates.
  • Ensure on-site behavior aligns with and reinforces Company SHE Policies and standards at all times.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe system of work in the workplace.
  • Comply with all relevant safety, health, and environment legislation.
  • Complete ad-hoc reporting requirements and purchase requisitions as directed.
About You
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Background in the construction or resources industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Confidentiality is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Google applications.
