**12 Month Contract Roles**

**Synergy has a client that is seeking payroll personnel of varying levels.**

As a Payroll Professional you will work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure efficient, effective and correct pay and people administration, and provide high calibre customer service to customers and stakeholders.
These roles are 12-month Contract opportunities with a possibility of extension and due to the nature of Synergys work you must be an Australian Citizen with

**Skills required**:

- Administering payroll entitlements using the SAP payroll system based on client Enterprise Agreements, policies and legislation;
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders on payroll related matters to maintain compliance and ensure positive client outcomes
- responding to client queries on a range of complex pay and employment conditions
- assist in clearing backlog including leave liabilities, calculations and prior service
- working as a member of a team to ensure the delivery of the fortnightly payroll and ongoing management of employee entitlements;
- supporting the Team Leader with leadership, management, and training of the team.
- Demonstrating a commitment to on-the-job training and participation in activities to build and maintain systems knowledge and product understanding.

**Eligibility**
- Security Clearance: Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at “Baseline Vetting” level.
