**Flying Bark Productions is working on exciting projects such as Marvel Studios’ What If ? Disney Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, the recently announced Avatar: The Last Airbender feature film, Flying Bark’s own 200% Wolf, and many others.**

**We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised People and Culture Admin to join our team on a temporary basis for a 3-month contract commencing mid January 2024. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with data entry and the implementation of our new contracts management system, Juro.**

Flying Bark Productions is a renowned independent producer of family-focused animation entertainment. For over 50 years, our full-service 2D and 3D production facility has created award-winning feature films and TV series such as _100% Wolf,_ _Maya: The Bee_ and _Blinky Bill: The Movie_.

With over 400 artists at our studios in Sydney and Los Angeles, and partner studios around the world, Flying Bark is one of the largest studios in Australia. Flying Bark is wholly owned by Studio 100: a vertically integrated entertainment powerhouse based in Europe, with theme parks, theatrical productions, and live action and animation studios in Belgium, Germany, France and the USA.

Flying Bark also provides world-class animation services for global clients including Paramount (_Avatar: The Last Airbender_) Nickelodeon (_Glitch Techs, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles_), Marvel (_What If...?_), LEGO (_Monkie Kid_) and Disney+ (_Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur_).

**How will you contribute to our success?**
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks related to employee information and HR records.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the implementation of the contracts management system, Juro, by inputting relevant data and supporting the transition process.
- Provide administrative support in various People and Culture initiatives and projects as needed.

**About you?**
- Seeking a full-time 3-month contract working in Studio at Alexandria;
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.
- Familiarity with HR processes and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge or experience with contracts management systems, especially Juro, is a plus.
