How you will make an impact

The Administration Assistant will perform admin and reception duties within the Department of Anaesthesia and Pain Management. The role is casual, with a minimum of two days, and flexibility is available.

Key responsibilities:
- Meet & greet clinical staff, such as consultant anaesthetists, trainees, and medical students.- Performs reception and administrative duties, including, but not limited to minutes and other documents as required.- Maintenance/updating Anaesthetic Department rosters and database,- Consult with key stakeholders of Cabrini Health.- Maintain files accurately and confidentially, attends to photocopying and collation, document distribution, and filing in a timely manner.- Assists in the organisation of events and functions as required.

You will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Sound clerical and filing skills and experience.- Good numeracy skills.- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude.- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible when needed.- Ability to work efficiently, autonomously, and respectfully within the team.- Exceptional attention to detail.
