How you will make an impact

The Clinical Trials Assistant is effectively and efficiently providing administrative support to the Oncology Research Team Unit at Cabrini. This includes administrative duties and assisting with the Financial Management of the incoming and outgoing invoices relating to multiple studies active within the unit. A strong collaboration between the unit, the trial sponsors, and the Oncology Research Business Manager is required. The successful applicant will work within the framework of the Mission, Values, and Vision of Cabrini.

Key responsibilities include:
- Adheres to clinical trial practices. Ensures they are conducted in compliance with all regulatory, state, national, and internationally accepted guidelines for Good Clinical Practice in research (ICH GCP).- Data management activities (maintaining electronic databases and paper trial master file documents).- Assists in the distribution of study documents to team members, investigators, and site staff.- Provides administrative support to the study team.- Assists the clinical trial team members to coordinate study activities as per protocol.

About you

The successful will bring their exercise cancer research experience and have an undergraduate or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Health Science).

You will have:
- Relevant experience and/or graduate qualifications- Previous experience in a role requiring prioritizing work and meeting deadlines.- Proven proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products and Internet-based data systems.- Attention to detail.- Able to work as part of a team.- Awareness of principles of confidentiality, privacy, and information handling.
