How you will make an impact:
We are seeking a suitably skilled Administrator to join the Department of Anaesthesia and Pain Management at Cabrini Malvern hospital. The Administration Assistant will perform a variety of administration and reception duties while ensuring a high standard of service is delivered.

Key responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clinical staff, such as consultant anaesthetists, trainees, and medical students- Perform reception and administrative duties, including minute taking and other documentation as required- Maintenance/updating Anaesthetic Department rosters and database- Consult with key stakeholders of Cabrini Health where necessary- Maintain files accurately and confidentially, attend to photocopying and collation, document distribution, and filing in a timely manner- Assist in the organisation of events and functions as required

What you will bring to the role:
You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated to produce high-quality administrative support and also have the following:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Sound clerical and filing skills and experience- Good numeracy skills- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible when needed- Ability to work efficiently, autonomously, and respectfully within the team- Exceptional attention to detail
