**The Role**

Due to our growing portfolio of projects, we have an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager to assist with the development of allocated renewable energy projects. This is a permanent full-time position located at our Melbourne CBD office. A commercial and analytical mindset will be crucial in this role as you drive decision making through a commercial lens while solving complex, technical problems in creative ways.

Previous experience delivering renewable project milestones across key development workstreams (land, planning & environment, engineering, resource, connection and construction) is essential.

**About You**
- Relevant engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree essential
- 5+ years of relevant development experience in the renewable energy and energy storage industry essential
- Previous experience in client facing, high pressure roles essential
- Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, which extend across all organisational and management levels
- Exposure to and a broad understanding of various engineering disciplines
- An analytic mindset with the ability to identify and summarise complex topics in a structured and concise way
