**What the role entails?**

During the duration of the program, you will gain experience and exposure to the following:

- Gain an opportunity to shadow and observe the compliance & administration team and CEO to conduct compliance tasks and draft relevant procedures and policies;
- Monitor due diligence data rooms for prospective portfolio companies and ensure the collection, organization, completeness of requested information
- Learn investment due diligence reports and recommendation
- Assist in day-to-day office tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects
- Perform other related duties and assignments, as delegated

**What we are looking for?**
- Graduating/penultimate year student with a related tertiary education (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science)
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to understand key economic and finance theories/concepts
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a dynamic office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

About Maqro Capital:
**This is a 12-week program on a three-day per week basis, with the possibility of conversion into a permanent full time role**.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 50 per week
