This role is working with a growing administration team, handling various clerical duties, liaising with a range of industries including builders, power authorities, electrical retailers and suppliers.

**Your key tasks**:

- Welcoming and greeting visitors,
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room,
- Building strong relationships, providing a high level of customer service,
- Assisting the Office Manager with SWMS, plans, creating project and job folders,
- Complete COES certificates and lodgement,
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations,
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.

**Do you have**:

- 1 - 2 or more years’ office administration experience?
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)?
- Knowledge of Xero **_an advantage_**?
- Ability to multi-task with time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks?
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills?
- Attention to detail with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude?
- Motivation and a willingness to learn?
