**Assessing Coordinator**

We have an exciting opportunity for people who have experience within the claims industry with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our Motor Claims team in Altona North, as an Assessing Coordinator.

**Please note: This is a physical role based at Manheim Auctions in Altona North, VIC 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. This role is a central point for assessment and towing related queries from customers and providers. You will be based on site with two assessors, taking photos of cars and triaging them for assessment.**

**What you’ll do**

As an Assessing Coordinator, you will work with assessors, tow providers, our repairer network and customers to ensure that claims progress smoothly through the assessment and repair process, supporting customers to get back on the road sooner.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate assessment bookings and ensure claims are correctly pathed for assessment.
- Assist with assessing and towing related queries from claims teams, customers, repairers and providers.
- Provide administrative support including quote management.
- Coordinate any post assessment and repair activities for the customer
- Work closely with towing provider partners to ensure SLAs are met.
- Identifying key areas for improvement based on the job experience.

**What you’ll bring**
- Motor Claims or Claims experience preferred.
- Passion for customers and delivering exceptional service
- The ability to multi-task and have outstanding time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and can work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to the audience to articulate complexity
- Ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance business performance
- Knowledge of Claim Centre and MS Office Suite
