**About Student and Scholarly Servies (SASS)**
Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.
**About the Role**
The Future Students team within SASS provides end-to-end services to future students and academic divisions across student recruitment, conversion, admissions and scholarships and aim to provide an outstanding prospective student and onboarding experience. The Future Students Planning and Operations team focuses on student and recruitment strategy and planning, market intelligence, data and reporting, business transformation, quality assurance and compliance across the Future Students team, including the offshore office network.
- matter experts within the Future Students directorate as well as with other key stakeholders across SASS, the COO Portfolio, Chancellery and Faculties, to understand business and system improvement opportunities and support the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with the Associate Director, Future Students Planning and Operations and Future Students Product Owner to develop and manage the Future Students Continuous Improvement Roadmap.
- Providing expert advice and analytical input by leading and participating in business improvement activities, ensuring a customer-centred approach.
- Driving data & system integration & integrity, particularly in relation to StudentOne (TechnologyOne) and OneCRM (Salesforce).
- Effectively managing a team, leading, motivating and coaching staff to achieve goals.
- Review of system-related processes including supporting auditing and quality assurance processes, annual review processes and identifying ways to enable quality control.
- Working collaboratively with Business Services and Robotic Process Automation teams to identify, manage and implement robotics and increased automation.
**About You**
You will be a dynamic, motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, high order communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships and translate and provide clarity between business and technology teams. You will be able to work in a flexible and changing environment, displaying initiative to drive change, manage priorities and achieve specified goals within tight deadlines.
You will also have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training, including business analysis, process design and/or project management
- Demonstrated process improvement skills, including a strong understanding of systems processes preferably in higher education or large organisations, including strong process improvement skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead staff and encourage a collaborative and effective work environment and promote effective service outcomes across diverse staff groups
