**About the Role**
Exciting news We're hiring an experienced professional to join our awesome IT Assurance Team to help drive our Agile delivery transformation. The role will have a focus on the improvement, adoption, and quality assurance, of Agile and Project Management practices, guiding key stakeholders regarding contemporary and proven best practices.

If you are passionate about improving IT practices to make it easier for our people to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, then this role is for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Help to lead and drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and integration of Agile principles.
- Help mature and quality assure Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management practices, including associated Community of Practice (CoP) activities.
- Working with stakeholders to lead the planning, scheduling, and management of specific IT improvement initiatives.
- Assurance of implemented IT practices and process against defined policies and standards.

**Who we are looking for**

You will also have:

- A tertiary qualification with relevant IT experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant IT experience and education/training.
- Experience in implementing and continuously improving Agile / Agile Ways of Working within a Traditional (Waterfall) Project Management (P3M) context.
- In-depth knowledge (with ideally professional industry qualifications) of Agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Scaled Agile, Agile Coach).
- Strong knowledge (with ideally professional industry qualifications) of Portfolio, Programme and Project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PMP, MoP, MsP, Prince2 Agile, PMI-ACP, etc).
- Sound understanding of Product Management and how these concepts integrate with Agile and Project Management approaches.
- Managed and successfully delivered projects, with a proven track record of delivering IT improvement initiatives.
- A background in IT consulting would be great, but is not mandatory.
