**Project Officer, Ongoing role + talent pool, flexible working model including hybrid options working from Sydney office and home**

We are looking to welcome a new member into our team who is looking for a rare and rewarding opportunity to make an impact delivering customer-centred government initiatives.

With increasing number of projects that the Customer Experience Unit (CXU) is undertaking to deliver our vision of transforming NSW Government into the world’s most customer-centric government, a project officer role in the Strategy and Operations space has opened.

As Project Officer, you will perform project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of strategic and operational projects within CXU.
You will work closely with the project manager and support them in coordinating and implementing project management principles and frameworks to deliver projects objectives.

**To be successful you should demonstrate**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams and tailoring of communication style and channel to your audience.
- A collaboration mentality with the ability to listen and build genuine relationships to enable delivery. You share information and make room for others to speak up.
- Project management experience and supporting the delivery of initiatives.
- Able to effectively prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable in working with ambiguity and skilled at identifying pathways to achieve resolution

Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101947 base plus superannuation
