**Main Duties**:
- Drive **B2B outbound sales** via calls while responding to online inquiries and leads.
- Become an **attachment specialist** by mastering market trends and product knowledge.
- Implement **advanced sales strategies** to qualify leads and close deals.
- **Nurture client relationships** with excellent service to identify new opportunities.
- **Prepare and present quotes**, negotiating prices and terms to secure contracts.
- Track and report **prospect opportunities** in HubSpot, ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with after-sales and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Conduct product walkthroughs at our **Truganina facility**, showcasing features and benefits to clients.
- Meet and exceed **monthly sales targets** and KPIs.
**What You'll need?**
- **At least 3 years of solution-based selling experience,** ideally within the excavator attachment industry or related fields (industry experience not essential)
- Motivated and driven with a **proven track record of exceeding sales targets** and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of Aussie Buckets
- Proficiency in **CRM systems**, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record in **telephone sales** (1-6 call cycles) is a must.
