**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As Inside Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will drive the team's performance, providing training and coaching, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Champion new product development across all platforms and explore emerging markets for potential advertising opportunities;
- Cultivating a customer-focused culture;
- Utilise cold and warm calling for prospecting and lead generation;
- Monitor and analyse sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth;
- Help onboard, train & develop new sales staff.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with strong background in phone-based solution sales;
- Previous sales experience managing BPO & offshore teams is an advantage;
- Robust understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, pricing and closing deals;
- Familiarity and experience with Salesforce.
- Experience in managing and optimising the sales process, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analysis;
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
