**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business opportunities through targeted sales strategies, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that customer service levels exceed expectations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
