- 5 days per week onsite | 35 hour working week + flex leave
- Offering starting salary of $79,032 + super
**About the Role**
Provide a range of workplace services, including but not limited to Reception, Concierge, meeting room management, mail room and general office support to enable the achievement of core operational business unit outcomes in a timely, safe and efficient manner.

**Duties**
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a **Workplace Experience Officer** you will:
- Provide a range of administrative and office support services which may include filing and records management, mail receipt and sorting, external courier bookings and deliveries, maintenance of registers, photocopying, compilation of data, statistics and reports to support the smooth running of the office activities.
- Meet, greet and assist a range of stakeholders including icare employees, guests, customers and other visitors. Maintain a high standard of presentation and consistently provide a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate the resolution of business services and operational security matters, as well as maintain and monitor security access passes, visitor registration.
- Coordinate and deliver the management of multiple meeting rooms including technology operation, support events and organisation of catering.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external access to the main offices and provide security and safety instructions / induction and direction to visitors, contractors and service providers.
- Provide general administration and support services for office facilities to support the efficient delivery of business. This includes arranging meeting room configurations, ordering and delivery of catering requests, maintaining consumables and general upkeep of kitchens and print rooms.
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Capacity to complete manual tasks and spend prolonged periods of time standing and walking.
- Previous hospitality experience - highly regarded.
