The opportunity

Your new role- Experienced delivering exceptional customer service.-
- Continue to learn and grow your knowledge through an ever-changing variety of situations and challenges-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by guiding and supporting them through their recovery-
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment-
- Managed end to end claims with the help of your leaders-
- Let's talk flexible workingAbout you- Insurance claims or allied health experienced highly advantageous-
- Be customer focused and genuinely care about people-
- Be resilient and not easily overwhelmed (sometimes it can be tough assisting people through a vulnerable time in their life)-
- The confidence to make decisions and be empowered-
- Be able to actively listen to people and guide people through the claims process in a natural and empathetic manner on the phone-
- Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new computer systemsAbout QBE
