Sales Support Administrator

Our client is a high touch and high profile office located in the Inner City, and on the top of everyone’s wish list Operating out of state of the art offices in the Surry Hills Area, this is an agency that has implemented excellent structure, support and leading technology to reflect seamless service and systems that provide first class service. Headed up by a prominent Director and team of successful Sales Agents, this is a role for someone that enjoys being organized, following systems and proceedures and can think on their feet
**The Role**:
- Monday - Friday
- General administration processes & support to a high performing team of Agents
- Create the listing
- Preparing proposal packs & marketing plans
- Updating properties online
- Coordination of sales campaigns
- Collaborating with the marketing Team
- Securing appointments for all properties listed for sale
- Preparation of proposals and administration of new listings
- Proactively manage operational administration flow of work within the Sales Team
- Processing of exchanges
- Supporting with data entry & reporting
- Ad hoc duties
- Have a strong administration background in Real Estate
- A Current Certificate of Registration
- Ability to manage a high volume work load - you will be working across approximately 20 listings per month
- Provide a high stand of customer service
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
